The Thermostat 518 accurately controls the room temperature for a hydronic heating zone using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology. Simple up and down buttons and a display with large type make this thermostat easy to read and use. The 518 automatically detects a single auxiliary sensor to measure either outdoor, floor or remote room temperature. This easy to install thermostat is a direct replacement for tekmar Thermostats 507 and 508. An optional Adaptor Plate 012 is available which allows the thermostat to be installed onto a single gang electrical box.

The tekmarNet® Thermostat 532 is a communicating thermostat designed for one stage hydronic heating systems. Simple up and down buttons and a display with large type make this thermostat easy to read and use. It has two auxiliary sensor inputs that can be assigned to measure room, floor, or outdoor temperature. An optional floor sensor protects the floor from overheating and enhance comfort. The 532 can be wired using two or four wires to connect to tekmarNet zoning controls, or can be installed as a stand-alone thermostat using three wires.

The Snow Melting Control 654 is designed to operate electric or hydronic equipment to melt snow or ice from any surface including driveways, walkways, patios, business entrances, parking ramps, loading docks, hospital entrances, helipads or car wash bays. The surface temperature for snow melting is controlled automatically to reduce operating energy costs. The 654 has an automatic start and stop function when used with the Snow/Ice Sensor 090 or 094. Automatic start with a timed stop is available when used with the Snow Sensor 095. The 654 can operate a dedicated hydronic boiler or a mixing device. Isolation relays are required to operate line voltage pumps. Electric systems require a separate GFCI and electrical relay contactor.

The Boiler Control 261 is designed to stage two on/off boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated setpoint heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 2 on/off boilers, or a single 2 stage boiler, as well as the system pump.

The Humidity & Temperature Sensor 086 can be connected to select tekmar thermostats to remotely measure relative humidity and temperature. The 086 mounts flush or nearly flush to the wall to allow the sensor to visually blend in with the surrounding wall.

The Snow/Ice Sensor 090 is an in ground sensor used with tekmar snow melting controls to automatically detect snow or ice on a driveway or walkway. The 090 has 65 ft (20 m) of wire. This product can be used in applications ranging from residential driveways to commercial building fronts such as emergency access entries. This sensor allows tekmar snow melting controls to automatically operate the snow/ice melt system only when snow or ice is present, while also providing slab temperature feedback to the control.

The Snow/Ice Sensor Socket 091 is designed to provide a mounting solution for the Snow/Ice Sensor 090 or 094. It is intended to be installed directly into a concrete slab when the slab is poured, so that the 090 or 094 can be installed into it once dry.

The Pump Sequencer 132 is designed to operate 2 pumps by providing stand-by or staging operation. It can be used in a wide range of applications, including residential installations using a backup system pump to commercial applications that require energizing a second stage for increased flow or head. The main function of the 132 is to provide lead lag capability to a standby pump setup, or to provide staging capability for a dual pump installation. The 132 can energize up to 2 pumps, as well as provide alert contacts that can be used in the event of a failure.

The Mixing Setpoint Control 153 is designed to operate a mixing device to maintain a setpoint water temperature. It can be used in applications ranging from boiler protection of cast iron boilers to maintaining setpoint in a heat pump system. This product is capable of operating a floating action motor for a mixing valve or damper through dry contact open and close relays.

The Difference Setpoint Control 156 is designed to transfer heat from an intermittent heat source to a storage tank. This control can be used in applications ranging from solar thermal to wood boiler systems. Two sensors are used to measure the temperature at the source and at the storage location, and begin heat transfer when there is a positive difference between them. This product uses a single 240 V (ac) rated relay to accomplish this.
