The Mixing Control 361 is designed to operate a mixing pump using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for Boiler Return Protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Mixing Outdoor Reset. It provides mixing by speeding up or slowing down a single permanent capacitor (standard wet rotor) circulator, and provides control of the mix system pump.

The tekmarNet® 2 House Control 401 is designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system, coordinating their operation through network communication. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler, to multiple radiant floor zones with a modulating/condensing boiler. This control regulates one space heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling a single on/off, two stage, or modulating boiler, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, 4 on-board zone pumps, and can expand up to 24 zones in total.

The tekmarNet® 2 House Control 402 is designed to operate all the mechanical equipment in a residential hydronic heating system, coordinating their operation through network communication. This control regulates up to two heating water temperatures through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling a single on/off, two stage, or modulating boiler, a mixing device, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, 4 on-board zone valves, and can expand up to 24 zones in total for each space heating water temperature.

The Mixing Expansion Module 444 is designed to operate a mixing device within a hydronic heating system as part of a tekmarNet® control system. It is capable of controlling a mixed system pump and six optional outputs for mixing: a variable speed injection pump, a floating action actuator, or an analog 0-10 V (dc), 2-10 V (dc), 0-20 mA, or 4-20 mA signal.

The tekmarNet® 4 User Switch 479 is a simple 3 button switch that provides an easy way to override system temperatures. This user switch is a must have for any tekmarNet® system. Using tekmarNet® 4 to communicate with any other compatible tekmarNet® devices, the 479 User Switch allows the owner to override their entire tekmarNet® system, and offers the potential for significant energy savings. With the push of a button, the user can place all thermostats and boiler controls into an “away” state and take advantage of saving energy when the building is not being used.

The tekmarNet® 4 User Switch 480 is a simple 3 button switch that provides an easy way to override system temperatures. With the push of a button, one can put all thermostats and boiler controls into an “unoccupied” or “away” state and take advantage of saving energy when the building is not being used. The buttons on this product are also programmable, allowing the user to experience scenes within their system. The 480 has three demand inputs that can provide access to tekmarNet® 4 scenes or setpoint devices from a telephone switch, home automation, or security systems.

The tekmarNet® 4 User Switch 481 is a simple 3 button switch that provides an easy way to override system temperatures. With the push of a button one can put all thermostats and boiler controls into an “unoccupied” or “away” state and take advantage of saving energy when the building is not being used. The buttons on this product are also programmable, allowing the user to experience scenes within their system. The 481 has three output relays that can connect to alarm, paging, or home automation systems.

The Programmable Thermostat 521 is designed for three different modes of operation: single stage heating, two stages of heating with a fan, or one stage of heating and one stage of cooling with a fan. Two auxiliary sensors may be added to measure the floor, outdoor or room temperature. A Slab Sensor 079 is included to measure floor temperature to protect the floor from overheating and enhance comfort. The programmable schedule supports either a 7 day or 24 hour schedule with 2 or 4 events per day. A permanent temperature hold button overrides the programmable schedule. An optional Adaptor Plate 012 is available to allow the thermostat to mount onto a single gang electrical box.

The Actuating Motor 742 uses a 0-10 or 2-10 V (dc) signal to adjust the position of a mixing valve. It is compatible with tekmar brass mixing valves 710 to 724. It provides 88 in•lbs (10 N•m) of torque over a 90° rotation. The rotation direction is selected by a toggle switch.
