The Replacement Fuses Kit M3053 consist of a package of five 2.5 A 250 V (ac) fuses. These fuses are to replace damaged or blown fuses on various controls which use them.

The O-Ring Kit M3056 is a seal replacement kit for the tekmar 3-Way and 4-Way Brass Mixing Valves from 3/4” thru to 1-1/4”. The kit includes a small o-ring, a medium o-ring (indicated with a white paint mark) and a large o-ring. All of the o-rings are lubricated with silicone grease. These o-rings are needed if a valve shaft is leaking or to reseal after opening up for maintenance.

The Mixing Valve Adapter Kit M3061 allows mounting of a floating action actuator M3062 to tekmar cast iron mixing valves. It is compatible with tekmar valve models 016 through 026. The M3061 and M3062 combined together replace the discontinued Actuator Motor 010 and 011.

The 10K Temperature Simulator 002 is designed to be used to test any tekmar control using 10K thermistor sensors. This can be used to troubleshoot controls in the field, or to set up a simulation on a workbench and model control behavior. The main use of this product is to simulate control operation. There are 3 separate sensors that can be simulated using the rotary dials on the 002.

The Relay 003 is a 24 V (ac) coil DPDT (double pole double throw) relay that is used to isolate electrical loads and allow higher current ratings than the on board relays found on tekmar controls. It can be used in applications ranging from doubling the capability of a single output (e.g. energize a pump as well as provide a boiler demand from one output) to allowing a pump to be used that draws more than the control’s specified relay rating. This product uses a 24 V (ac) coil that once energized, closes 2 normally open contacts, and opens 2 normally closed contacts.

The 0 – 135 ? Converter 005 is designed to convert a 4 - 20 mA modulating signal from a control to a 0 – 135 ? resistance signal. It can be used in applications where a modulating boiler control is used to operate a boiler that requires a 0 – 135 ? signal.

The Transformer Kit 009K is a 40 VA, 24 V (ac) transformer for use with products that require an external transformer. It includes an in-line fuse for circuit protection, and a 4” x 4” electrical J-Box for mounting.

The Slab Sensor 072 is designed to measure temperature in outside snow melting slabs. It has a high density polyethylene (HDPE) sleeve which is designed for use in conduits, soils, or concrete, as it is suitable for direct burial. This product is supplied with 20 ft (6 m) of 2 conductor cable.
