The Mixing Setpoint Control 153 is designed to operate a mixing device to maintain a setpoint water temperature. It can be used in applications ranging from boiler protection of cast iron boilers to maintaining setpoint in a heat pump system. This product is capable of operating a floating action motor for a mixing valve or damper through dry contact open and close relays.

The Difference Setpoint Control 156 is designed to transfer heat from an intermittent heat source to a storage tank. This control can be used in applications ranging from solar thermal to wood boiler systems. Two sensors are used to measure the temperature at the source and at the storage location, and begin heat transfer when there is a positive difference between them. This product uses a single 240 V (ac) rated relay to accomplish this.

The tekmarNet® 4 Setpoint Control 161 is designed to operate a single piece of heating equipment in order to maintain a setpoint temperature. It can be used in applications ranging from heating a swimming pool to maintaining a constant slab temperature in a commercial car wash bay. This product regulates a constant water temperature for heating using one of 4 preset modes (setpoint on/off, hot tub, DHW tank, floor PWM). It is capable of operating a single relay (rated at 24 V, 2 A) to control a single device such as a boiler, pump, or valve.

The tekmarNet® 4 Setpoint Control 162 is designed to operate a single piece of heating or cooling equipment in order to maintain a setpoint temperature. It can be used in applications, including heating a swimming pool, maintaining a chilled water storage tank, and maintaining a constant slab temperature in a commercial car wash bay. This product regulates a constant water temperature for heating or cooling using one of 6 preset modes (setpoint on/off, hot tub, DHW, setpoint PWM, floor, pool). It has 2 relays (rated at 24 V, 2 A) and uses relay #1 to control the heating/cooling device, while relay #2 can be used for devices such as a DHW re-circulation pump.

The Boiler Control 265 is designed to stage multiple modulating boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard or radiant heating systems, to dedicated domestic hot water heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint/DHW control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 3 modulating boilers by using a native 4-20 mA (or 0-20 mA) signal that can be converted to 2-10 V (dc) or 0-10 V (dc), as well as the system pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Wiring Center 315 is designed to provide a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This product provides power for up to six tekmarNet® 4 thermostats, and up to six 24 V (ac) zones valve outputs, as well as providing an end switch closure to enable an external device such as a boiler. A zone group pump relay is also available to switch a pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Wiring Center 316 is designed to provide a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating zones. This control energizes up to 4 zone pumps. The tekmarNet® 2 Zone Expansion Module 324 is designed to provide expansion for a zoning solution used in heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This product expands the number of zones in a heating system by up to 4 zone valves or zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 4 tekmarNet® 2 thermostats and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) or 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

The Mixing Control 361 is designed to operate a mixing pump using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from in-floor radiant to commercial baseboard systems for Boiler Return Protection with full reset. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Mixing Outdoor Reset. It provides mixing by speeding up or slowing down a single permanent capacitor (standard wet rotor) circulator, and provides control of the mix system pump.
