Tekmar Controls

The Boiler Control 268 is designed to stage multiple boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard or mixed radiant heating systems, to dedicated domestic hot water heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or Setpoint/DHW target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 9 on/off boilers as well as the system pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Zone Expansion Module 325 is designed to provide expansion to a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating manifolds. This control expands the number of zones provided with a Zone Manager by up to 6 more zone valves. It is capable of providing power for up to 6 tekmarNet® 4 or stand alone thermostats, and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

The tekmarNet® 4 Zone Expansion Module 326 is designed to provide expansion for a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating manifolds. This product expands the number of zones provided with a Zone Manager by up to 3 more zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 3 tekmarNet® 4 or stand alone thermostats and energizing their respective 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

The tekmarNet® 2 Zone Manager 334 is designed to provide a zoning solution for 2-wire tekmarNet® 2 thermostats used in heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to remote manifolds for radiant heating. This control energizes up to 4 zone valves or zone pumps. It is capable of providing power for up to 4 tekmarNet® 2 thermostats and energizing their respective 24 V (ac) or 115 V (ac) zones, as well as providing a powered Zone Group Pump (powered end switch) contact to enable an external device such as a manifold pump.

This control regulates one space heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling a single on/off, two stage, or modulating boiler, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, 4 on-board zone pumps, and can expand up to 24 zones in total.

The Universal Reset Module 423 is designed to operate all of the mechanical equipment in a hydronic heating system, except for zones, coordinating their operation through network communication. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard with an on/off boiler, to four temperature systems comprised of multiple fan coils, baseboard, mixed radiant floor zones, and two modulating/condensing boilers. This control regulates up to four space heating water temperatures through Outdoor Temperature Reset and Indoor Temperature Feedback. It is capable of controlling two on/off or modulating boilers, Domestic Hot Water, setpoint loads, and can expand up to 24 zones for each space heating water temperature (96 in total).

The Mixing Expansion Module 440 is designed to operate a mixing device within a hydronic heating system as part of a tekmarNet® control system. It is capable of controlling a mixed system pump and a 24 V floating action mixing valve or a wet rotor circulator for variable speed injection.
