The Three Outdoor Sensor Module 081 includes three 10 k? thermistors which provides an accurate measurement of the outdoor temperature. Each sensor has two separate terminals for wiring. The 081 is designed to be installed in a tekmar Outdoor Sensor 070 enclosure. This allows for four separate sensors to be combined into a single enclosure that is mounted on the exterior of the building.

The Duct Sensor 083 is a 10 k? temperature sensor designed to measure the average temperature of the air stream in a heating, cooling, or ventilation duct. It has a 6” (150 mm) long probe connected to a 2” x 4” electrical box for easy wiring.

The Indoor Sensor 084 mounts flush or nearly flush to the wall to give an unobtrusive look and act as a hidden indoor sensor. Since the sensor material is corrosion resistant, drywall installers are able to mud over the sensor, or the 084 can be painted to match the existing wall color. The 084 can be connected to a tekmar thermostat for remote temperature sensing.

The Solar Sensor 085 is designed to be used as a sensor in solar applications. It has a stainless steel head and silicone jacketed wire, ideal for use as an immersion well sensor in a solar collector. This sensor is commonly used to measure the source temperature at a solar thermal collector.

The Humidity & Temperature Sensor 086 can be connected to select tekmar thermostats to remotely measure relative humidity and temperature. The 086 mounts flush or nearly flush to the wall to allow the sensor to visually blend in with the surrounding wall.

The tekmarNet® 4 Setpoint Control 161 is designed to operate a single piece of heating equipment in order to maintain a setpoint temperature. It can be used in applications ranging from heating a swimming pool to maintaining a constant slab temperature in a commercial car wash bay. This product regulates a constant water temperature for heating using one of 4 preset modes (setpoint on/off, hot tub, DHW tank, floor PWM). It is capable of operating a single relay (rated at 24 V, 2 A) to control a single device such as a boiler, pump, or valve.

The tekmarNet® 4 Setpoint Control 162 is designed to operate a single piece of heating or cooling equipment in order to maintain a setpoint temperature. It can be used in applications, including heating a swimming pool, maintaining a chilled water storage tank, and maintaining a constant slab temperature in a commercial car wash bay. This product regulates a constant water temperature for heating or cooling using one of 6 preset modes (setpoint on/off, hot tub, DHW, setpoint PWM, floor, pool). It has 2 relays (rated at 24 V, 2 A) and uses relay #1 to control the heating/cooling device, while relay #2 can be used for devices such as a DHW re-circulation pump.

The Boiler Control 274 is designed to stage multiple boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated domestic hot water heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint/DHW target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 4 on/off boilers as well as the system pump.

The Boiler Control 275 is designed to stage up to four condensing or non-condensing, modulating or on-off boilers using P.I.D. staging to accurately maintain temperature. Water temperature is controlled by Outdoor Temperature Reset for space heating applications or a fixed setpoint for Domestic Hot Water (DHW) tank heating or industrial process heating applications. The control will also accept an analog 0-10 V (dc) signal from an Energy Management System (EMS) to control the water temperature. Boiler Equal Run Time Rotation, pump exercising and stand-by system pump operation increase boiler plant reliability. The control is tekmarNet® communication compatible allowing for internet connectivity using an optional Gateway 483.

The Boiler Control 284 is designed to operate up to four boilers to accurately maintain a target water temperature. The 284 operates both condensing & non-condensing boilers that are either modulating, single stage or two stage to provide a flexible, cost effective mixed boiler plant solution with better system performance. The target water temperature is based on outdoor temperature reset or a fixed setpoint for space or process heating applications. Additional loads supplied by the 284 include domestic hot water & fixed setpoint heating. Boiler equal run-time rotation, stand-by primary pump operation & pump exercising all increase boiler plant reliability. The 284 communicates with a Building Automation System (BAS) using BACnet® or Modbus® for remote monitoring & adjustment capability. tekmarNet® Thermostats or a tN4 Gateway 485 can be added to optimize system performance & provide remote monitoring capability.
