The Boiler Control 256 is designed to operate a single boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard to multiple zones of fan coils and baseboard. The Outdoor Sensor 070 provides accurate measurement of the outdoor air temperature. Many controls and thermostats can connect to the 070 to measure and display the outdoor temperature.

The Universal Sensor 071 is a temperature sensor. It is used for a wide range of applications, from sensing boiler supply temperature to slab temperature. This product is commonly used to monitor supply or return water temperatures by strapping the sensor on to a pipe.

The Boiler Control 260 is designed to operate a single boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard or fancoils, to combination space heating and domestic hot water heating installations. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or Domestic Hot Water control. It is capable of controlling a single on/off boiler and can receive both space heating and/or DHW heat demands.

The Boiler Control 261 is designed to stage two on/off boilers using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated setpoint heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset and/or setpoint target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 2 on/off boilers, or a single 2 stage boiler, as well as the system pump.

The Universal Sensor 078 is a temperature sensor with a stiff jacketed cable, making it a perfect choice for easy installation into conduit or domestic hot water tank temperature wells. The sensor can also be strapped to a pipe to measure supply or return temperatures.

The Boiler Control 263 is designed to stage multiple boilers or operate a modulating boiler using Outdoor Temperature Reset. It can be used in applications ranging from a single zone of baseboard, multiple baseboard and fan coil zones, to dedicated Domestic Hot Water heating in commercial buildings. This control regulates a single heating water temperature through Outdoor Temperature Reset, setpoint, and DHW target control. It is capable of controlling (stage and rotate) up to 2 on/off boilers, a single 2 stage boiler, or 1 modulating boiler as well as the system pump.

The tekmarNet® 2 Wiring Center 314 is designed to provide a zoning solution for heating systems. It can be used in applications ranging from baseboard zones, to radiant heating zones. This product provides power for up to four tekmarNet® 2 thermostats and up to four 115 V (ac) zones pump outputs, as well as providing an end switch closure to enable an external device such as a boiler. An outdoor sensor input is included and provides the outdoor air temperature reading on each thermostat when an optional outdoor sensor is installed.

The tekmarNet® 4 Gateway 482 provides RS 232 serial communication between tekmarNet® thermostats and third party home automation systems. The third party automation system is able to monitor and adjust any of the thermostat’s heating, cooling, and ventilation fan settings. Through the use of third party device drivers written for this product, tekmarNet® systems are fully integrated into home automation systems.

The Thermostat 518 accurately controls the room temperature for a hydronic heating zone using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology. Simple up and down buttons and a display with large type make this thermostat easy to read and use. The 518 automatically detects a single auxiliary sensor to measure either outdoor, floor or remote room temperature. This easy to install thermostat is a direct replacement for tekmar Thermostats 507 and 508. An optional Adaptor Plate 012 is available which allows the thermostat to be installed onto a single gang electrical box.
